When should I order?
Please place your order at least three weeks in advance. If you need it sooner, please email southernfloralcompany@gmail.com and we will try to help.
Can I customize this order?
Collections sold online are not able to be customized. If you are interested in customizing your arrangements, we are happy to help. Our custom wedding design service has a $5,000 minimum.
Can I add to an existing order?
All additions to orders must be requested within ten days of the scheduled delivery date.
What about delivery?
Delivery is available within 25 miles of our shop in Lake Park, FL. Delivery rates begin at $45 and vary based on the size of the order. Please note delivery will be to one single location. Any additional delivery location will incur additional fees. You are always welcome to pick up your order at our shop.
Set up and care
Southern Floral Company is NOT responsible for unpacking and setting up any items. Care instructions will be provided and should be followed to keep arrangements in excellent condition. Southern Floral Company is NOT responsible for the care and condition of flowers after delivery is completed.
Cancellations
All cancellations and refunds must be confirmed at least 21 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation requests made 21-14 days prior to the delivery date will incur a $75 fee.
Cancellation requests made within ten days of delivery will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges with the exception of the delivery fee.
